MPC 2 software freezes, Windows 11

After installing MPC 2 and opening MPC.exe it's completely frozen and the window is low on my desktop and I can't move it anywhere (I can only see the top 2" of the app on the bottom of my screen) or exit the app without going into task manager. It wouldn't let me uninstall it completely so I found a workaround to delete the MPC.exe and that other libusb file. I tried reinstalling the software bother 2.13 and 2.14 to no avail. The same exact thing happens. Windows 11 sucks but I'm hoping to find a solution. Thanks

I was having the same problem And I just figured it out.
Assuming you're on Windows like I am, all you have to do is hide the taskbar.
You do this by going to
Settings > Personalization
Scroll down to "taskbar behaviors" and check the box that says "automatically hide the taskbar".
That did it for me. And to prove it, after I fixed the problem I went back and rechecked the box to unhide the taskbar and the MPC2 software started doing the same thing again ...
So just hide the taskbar. It should work.
