MPC KEy 37 and MPC Software

Why is the MPC key Not already Mapped out in this Software? its rediculous that every other MPC device has a MIDI MAP BUT THIS KEY 37... On top of that WHY WOULD YOU PROMOTE THIS (YOU CAN USE IT AS A CONTROLLER) provide software but have 0 MIDI support in the program?? am I the only one that thinks this is rediculous?

If I would have known better I would have spent the extra 500 and grabbed the 61... but what I was told was this unit was good as a midi controller...

Yes I am aware that I can map out SOME of the keys but NOT ALL... the shift key cannot be used to program the second set of pad banks, Q link operates funny as a midi controller.... I CANNOT BE THE ONLY ONE WHO FINDS THIS OUT RIGHT DUMB...

for the life of me I cannot understand why.

Im fairly new to this and this is way over my head.
