Sampling workflow? Optimal way to move samples to ext drive

Wondering if theres a more efficient way to throw a sample right onto my drive after recording.

Currently: I'll go through records and fill the pads with samples, then save the program to my ext drive, then organize the samples afterwards. It's not too bad besides having to do some sample organization afterwards

I'm wondering if better workflows exist in standalone, so when I'm flying through records I could just dump all my samples directly onto the ext drive
