Hi!
I maintain SoX, the Swiss Army knife of command-line audio processing and am looking into adding support for what sndfile calls "mpc2k" format - from reading the forum I assume that's the "MPC.SND" format.
Unfortunately, I can't find any sample files to test it with - only the "mpc2k" files generated by libsndfile itself, which is a bit circular.
So I wondered:
- Where can I find sample files, preferably of different characteristics, ages or written by different models of the MPC samplers that saved samples as SND files
- Is there a specification of the SND file format?
Thanks and best wishes
M
