I try to create a classical sustain loop in a sample.

So I hold the note sustained and adjust loop start and end till it sounds smooth.

But after that, when I replay the same note again, its clicky again.

I could repeat this procedure forever.

Same with the loop crossfade:
adjust loop start and end until its smooth.
Dial in some loop crossfade, it gets clicky.

wtf.

Is it broken or am I doing something wrong here?

If I understand correctly, you should discard the sample parts before start and after end.
I don't have MPC with me now, but on Sample edit you can press shift and you have extracting options.

No, you shouldn't have to discard anything for any type of loop to work, and with a sustain loop you definitely don't want to discard anything from the start as you normally want to sustain a portion of the audio after the start of the sample has played.

Well, when I edit samples, I always cut the parts before start and after end points and it works fine.
Also, if there is a click, I adjust the attack.

That's fine when loop start is the same as sample start. For a sustained note, loop start is different to sample start, normally the loop occurs some time after the initial attack portion of the sample, so discarding either side of the loop is not an option. But even with a drum loop where loop and sample start are usually the same, there should be no need to discard, MPC should play the sample fine even if some sample data remains outside the start/end points, and there should definitely be no need to adjust attack to create a smooth, click free loop.

You can Tweak the Sample Loop in Program Edit(Track Edit v3) to get rid of that click

You can try to make a very little Fadein or Fadeout (if the click is in the start or the end of the sample)

I like to Loop the Sample while Adjusting the Lowest Q-Link until I don't hear any Clicks on the Start and End of the Sample

Or also rise the attack of just some ms.
I made it many times, don't know why but samples tend to click on Mpc more then it happens with computers.
But moving the attack of some ms works for me.

Do you have “0 Snap” on or off?

Maybe in real-time while changing loop points it applies an auto fade to avoid clicks, but if you landed on a non “0” point the loop will click.

It's in 2.15

Snap 0 is off or on, doesnt help it.
This only available in Program Edit though, but seems to be on or off globally then.

In Program Edit you can not hold the note and adjust the loop, it only changes after a retrigger.

It only loops when used in a keygroup? I didnt manage to have a loop on a Pad Prgram?

exactly what I am trying to do.

So, how do you do that?

I got it to work:

In Program Edit, I set Slice to All. It was set to Pad.

I dont get it though.

EDIT;
the manual on page 237
Important: For Pad Loop to work, you must (1) set the Sample Play field (in the Global tab) to Note On instead of One Shot and (2) set the Slice field (in the first Samples tab) to Pad instead of All or a slice number.

is contradicting this...

This has worked for me asr-10, 2kxl, triton, kronos2, mpc 4k for many years.
Haven't tried on mpc x or key61.
