MPC ONE+ Installer issues

Can anyone help? i am trying to download Drivers to PC but getting Error "Failed to launch this item" Does the laptop need to be connected to the MPC ONE?? dont understand why its not downloading??

When I was downloading firmwares my antivirus blocked the file. Said it can harm my system. Click ignore and the file came home just fine. Perhaps you have the same deal?
