no doubt, I layered a rim shot, a dirty snare and hi-hat all together yesterday for a dope new snare.

ok. we know you can layer sounds!! i'll ask again. can u layer different sounds from a SOUND MODULE onto the same pad.....feel me. i've tried doing the program-assign-simult thing BUT it won't play all 3 or 2! why won't it work? and yes my sound modules are multitimbre..thanks

i know, but it would be nice if i didn't have to sample the sounds first....hopefully someone knows if it's possible????

you can layer 3 pads together for the program screen......
but I guess you could do this too
Pad 1 - layered with pad 2 & 3
Then
Pad 4 - Layered with Pad 1
I think that would put all 4 sounds together and you continue to add sounds that way..... never tried it though.
