I've been getting a lot of emails about what's happening with the MPC Bible now that the MPC 3 firmware is being worked on, so I've made a dedicated MPC Bible 3 FAQ which I will update when I have more info.

In a nutshell:

  • Yes, I'm definitely working on an 'MPC Bible 3'
  • I aim to release it when MPC 3 firmware moves out of beta
  • Yes there will be an initial loyalty discount for owners of the existing MPC Bible '2' course

Beyond that I don't currently have any more info as we're talking about two things that are both as of yet unfinished, one of which I have no control over whatsoever :)

It's cool bro. You are amazing for providing this to the MPC head user base and it's been a godsend at tines. We'll wait for whenever you get it done cause I'm sure it will be on point. L8r!

I'd love to give a specific release date but there's so much work I really can't even estimate. Just been very hard to create the tutorials when features are changing and Akai end up releasing it when it's clearly still in beta.

Considering the possibility of maybe releasing a pre-release edition as potentially it might take a while to get on top of creating the full course (at least to the detail I ultimately want to aim for), this way I can drip feed additional updates while people dive in to the main part of the course.

Very good idea! I jumped from 2.15.1 to 3.4.1 and would love to learn the basics of 3.x.y via growing releases of the MPC Bible 3.
All MPC 3 YT reviews and so-called tutorials I've found are either meanwhile outdated or cover only a single aspect of MPC 3.

Whatever you do it's appreciated! you put a lot of effort and quality into that bible, so it's obviously understood it takes quite a bit of work on your end. Thanks for the reply Tuts!

@mpc-Tutor,

I wanted to say thank you for getting this version out! I know it has not been easy, with all the beta updates and such.

I've been supporting you since the MPC 2000XL, back when floppies were king, and I will still continue to support!

much appreciated!
