problems with stems activating

Hi ! I"m a newbie with MPC, I just bought MPC key 37 (I didn't find the section so I post here).
I bought the stems,(I can see the green comma) but when I try to download them, my screen displays "No drive available for installing content, no drive selected) although I put a 128 GB sd card and formatted it. AKAI customer service just drives me to FAQs and now they don't answer me anymore. I'm really desperate, can anyone help me here, please ?

I discovered the same thing last night on my MPC X.

Did you try AKAI customers service ? It's useless for me, they keep sending me this answer "case# ?", and sometimes give a link to FAQ, that's all... but I paid that F... stems ! Man, do you have a clue to try to solve this ?

Did you select the download folder in preferences? Have it point to your SD card.

Once you do that , try the download again.

I've just did it and it works ! Thanks a lot !! But afterwards I had a doubt : Do you think it's a good thing to have put it on my SD card, or should I have put it in the internal drive ?

SD card is just fine
