midi play back issue

Long story short... i use a roland mc-303 as a sound module slave to my mpc. The roland has only sterio outs so in order for me to track the beats i have to solo each midi track after making each sequence. some sequences are copys of others so naturally i mute the track in the sequence that i don't want to hear. The sequences play and break as i programmed them to except the tracks with the muted sections seem to leak single notes in the muted melody instead of remaining mute. the link below has an excerpt from one of my sessions where this happens. if you can offer any helpful advice i would greatly appreciate it.

Don't know if this will help but I midi up my triton roland xp 60 and mpc and couldn't get midi playback and found out that I didn't have the midi recieve channel on all once it was switched it played back hope this helps.
