Drums dissapear when I upgraded from vers 3 beta to 3.4.1

Drum samples are still there, but the factory library of drum sets has disappeared. Only way to get the presets back is to downgrade to 2.5.1. Anyone know how to solve this?

Are they missing in the “Sounds” browser, or missing off the drive? They shouldn’t have been erased, so they should be there.

You should be able to navigate to them in the browser. I don’t have a Keys, but on other MPCs many of the factory files are saved on the internal drive under Expansions. Try using the Browser, then on the left hand side select “Expansions”. Hopefully it is there.

You can create shortcuts in the browser by finding the folder you want to link to, then holding Shift and selecting one of the 5 folder shortcut icons at the top.

You can also create shortcuts in the Sounds browser.

Also, the Sounds browser has a <- back arrow at the top left, maybe you are in a sub category. Additionally, you need a Drum program on the track first in 3.x in order to load a drum program.
