I got the 3rd unit (2nd replacement) today and unfortunately this one is going back too
Immediately after opening the box I noticed small scratch between pads 3 and 4. I got pissed, but was like "f**k it, I can live with that".
But then I took the S2400 out and it f**king wobbles... And it's not my desk, the previous 2 units and my other gear didn't have issues in the same spots. I tried changing the feet and loosening the case screws as I saw recommended on the ISLA's forums, but it still wobbles.

At this point I don't know if I have such a bad luck or is Thomann sending me B-Stock units as replacements
I googled a bit and see people mentioning that it did happen to them.

I think I'm gonna give it one last try, but this time with the white S2400 and I'm done afterwards - it either stays or I ask for a full refund and forget about the whole thing.

Here's a recap of my "adventures":
- 1st unit: scratch close to "Master Control" writing + bad coating on one pad
- 2nd unit: stuck "Mute" button on pad 2
- 3rd unit: scratch between pads 3 and 4 + unit wobbles on even surfaces

If anyone reading this plans to buy S2400 I wholeheartedly recommend testing the shit out of it during the return period.

My bet is in Thomann sending b-stock units.
I should say, you are a saint my friend. If after 3 units I had had your experience, I would travel to Thomann headquarters and shove the unit up Mr. Thomann's arse for sure! What a patience you have!

Yeah, the first 2 times I was like "damn, that's bad luck", but after the 3rd time I'm also somewhat suspicious.

Yeah, as I mentioned above to Lampdog, I also started to have my suspicions about b-stock after the last unit. It's just too improbable (but of course still in a realm of possibility) to get 3 duds in a row. And 2 of them with scratches? I have a hard time believing that ISLA would ship out units like this, but who knows.

I just registered a return and asked for a full refund (instead of a replacement like the previous 2 times).
I also placed 2 separate orders - one for a black S2400 (again...) and one for a white version.
Let's see how it goes

i ordered an eurorack module from thomann, paid it in full , a new unit, but i received a b-stock (clearly a b-stock, it was written all over the package). in my case i tested it, it was good so i asked for a partial refund which they gave me. anyway this is not good.
