Hi,
My MPC X is on 3.4.2 which should be able to run in controller mode with software version 2.15.1. I upgraded the MPC in standalone mode but recently thought I wanted to try controller mode with my iMac (running Sequoia 15.3.1). However, I start the MPC Software and put the MPC X in controller mode but it just sits there looking for the computer. I tried starting the software first, then the controller first. Nothing works.
The MPC X is there in the Mac's Audio/MIDI Setup utility so I think the drivers were installed okay (although it didn't ask me to install the drivers during the software setup).
Can anyone give me any pointers on fixing this? Perhaps there's a security setting on the Mac I need to change or something to that effect?
