went to my favorite spot today, went straight to the .99c bin (the store i go to not only has a bin, but they have a wall with nothing but "times is hard" kinds of prices)

crazy he calls me - dakota staton (.49c!!)
physical graffiti - led zeppelin ($1.99)
mary poppins soundtrack (one man band...) (.99c!!)
chameleon - labelle (.99c!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
some kind of elementaty chinese record (WTF?!) (.99c!!)
in a silent way - miles davis (n e thing miles is a must fro me) (.99c!!)
strange days - the doors (.99c!!)

I brought all of my fathers records up stairs.

Listened to the hayes record and of course already heard the sly record but found that. Found another patti austin album(my favorite), some chaka khan. But yeah, gunna go through more tommorow.

is it original? my friend has a reissue copy and its really similar to my original press copy...thats a nice find..play that on my radio show quite a bit..

there was some other herbie for .99, but it didnt really catch my fancy. i'll just pick them up later on this week when i get some more cash.

YO stryke That Placebo Syndrome is nice I've seen some copies but none in very good shape...........what's the condition.....................

Round about the 2:30 mark is a famous piano break used by a very fat and ugly rapper from the juice crew. He makes music with his mouth, I'm told.

Its not as noticeable or recognizable unless you play it at 45. I wont ruin the surprise, listen to it yourself.
