Huge Song Mode Bug

I encountered a huge problem today when attempting to create a song from sequences for the first time. When I export the song, it will only play the first 2 sequences - I have 6 total, and have tried various orders and numbers of sequences and it will still only play back 2 on the export. Additionally, when I go back to the original sequences the muting changed and the pad samples on one track also changed. Meaning that a sample previously on track 1, pad 1 just randomly changed to the pad 1 sample from track 2. This error also applied itself to a song mode conversion to sequence performed previously that originally did not have this error/glitch. I’m almost at the point of sending this thing back as it’s essentially unusable with this bug. Any help out there?

1. Do you have the same track structure in all sequences?
2. Which version are you running? And are you running standalone or in controller mode if your version supports it?
3. Can you reproduce it?

Additional thing - you can also post a video where you slowly go through the setup and show how it looks like
