as well as ACVG does have several screw heads sticking out and a few other minor differences. X had minor differences to XSE same as One vs One+ as well, point is that it's close enough to Live units or 'lap units' (if you prefer to call it this way) than to a mini mpc. On the other hand, as someone pointed out already, for all we know it could be a FORCE Live as well - a live size unit with reduce controls and battery pack

It's an MPC Live II, but with Akai Force pads and a crossfader, called the Akai Force Live II.
Still has the same CPU and 2GB of ram, but can use all the plugins the Force can't. Also has the same I/O as the Live II including the phono.

You MAGA me mad with those political views son.

I do think it might be a force live.. the size to me looks like half way between a mini and a live..

LOL you cant make these jokes around here, because now we're going to have to deal with jpeg the clown telling us every month that this device is 'just around the corner' and he is the winner at life because he saw the news first.

It's info I got from a guy called JPEG. He heard it first and has already won at life several times.

Seriously though, I can't divulge my sources, but I have it on good authority and it is under NDA. By authority, I mean the Port Authority, and by NDA I mean N%tz Dangling Above. It was Mrs JPEG. You got me.

OK OK, I will be serious this time. I obtained this info from this guys father who works at Nintendo. He overheard some of the AKAI guys talking in the carpark, about one of the people working on their latest release, JPUG.
