Batch Creating Programs/Kits

I have a folder of over 500 chopped breaks (from recycle). Each folder has the individual slices in .wav listed as 'Sample001.wav, Sample002.wav, etc.' Is there an easy way to create a kit/program from each folder (up to 64 pads/samples)? Ideally, they would be loaded in sequential order.

Once I create them, I'll share a link here so everyone can download them if they'd like.

In the MPC Software, it seems that when you drop a folder from the file browser pane onto a drum program pad, the samples inside the folder are automatically assigned to the pads. I'm not sure how to do the same thing in standalone mode.

I tried that in standalone but it doesn't assign the samples to the pads. At least not in 3.4. You still have to go into sample assign and click each sample for each pad. Maybe I'm missing something...

The best way is to do it in controller mode and drag and drop the folder onto a pad. It’ll auto load the files into the program but I think it loads then randomly and not in sequence (could be wrong there)

I wouldn't complain about spending $30. But it seems like that app is a little more advanced and looks at the file name, right? I just want something that can take a folder and create a program with up to 64 samples. mpc2xl app may work. I'll have to give that a shot on a windows computer.

If you don't have the MPC Software, using MPC Beats is probably the easiest option. You can create an .xpm program just by dragging a sample folder onto a pad from your file browser.
