2000XL and Recycle

I did a search and came up with nothing to help me. wanted to know if the 2000XL supports recycle format imports like the 1000 I have one of those as well but want to see if the 2000XL can import the samples recycle makes and if so how thanks!!!!!!!!!

when you save/export from recycle make sure you save as "akai program file".

It will not only save the individual chops for you, but it can make them a mpc pgm for you, as well as automatically saving the midi sequence information for the chops (As far as where they would be placed in the original loop during playback). Make sure you do any timestretching/tuning before you open and chop in recycle, though.

nah thats recycle. u can export as an .akp, a format read by s5000'. there are some program buillders on the pc that import that format and map it out for u.
i know mike goins mpceditor does this. im not sure bout the 1k but i think there is one that does that.

2 Methods 2 Get it Done................................


1. Export AKP or other Recycle Format.......

Then Use MPC Editor or Awave(shareware) and Export An MPC Program .........

or

2. Load the Wave File Slices Directly on 2 the Pads On Ur MP.........
