mpc failed to load project 3.0

so ive only been using 3.0 saved some beats, im trying to load some i saved a few days ago, some load, some say failed, i had backed up on my computer so i tried to erase on usb and copy again from backup and it does the same thing.

anyone had this problem?

sucks a bit i had progress made between two versions, some effects and melodies i dont even remember the melodies!! was very good i need a way to fix it :/

This is why I always try to save an audio reference. It doesn't have to perfectly mix & arranged. Just enough to give an example of what I got so far... Good luck with your files.

I started doing the same thing after encountering a few corrupt files back in the day. I've had to remake so many of my beats, but the audio reference track made it a hell of a lot easier for me. I know of others who have had to do the same while working on major albums.

i think im lucky that i hummed the main melody with voice recorder ill try to replay it..but i had found the perfect sound by accident had some vocals arranged.. i sent a ticket to akai. it need to be better than this, we work on our precious music, i never had corrupted project with any machines. a few times it happened with some software but never with hardware. i had some older machines but i never saved in them. oldest one was mpc 4000 always loaded and saved without issues.

You need a life rewinder 2.0, great product.
