They're going to pass off the increase to the rest of the world if tariffs are applied like most other companies. It's going to be expensive, but Nukai are not going to shoot themselves in the foot by just making the US arguably largest market to be priced out. So thanks 'Murica, though we do have Farage in the UK and we did inflict Brexit on ourselves. Immigration is the boogeyman it seems for nations across the world.
Dont think we can call them Nukai anymore; as think was resevered for when Numark owned Akai in the mid 2000's.
It will def be interesting to see what price the new device comes in at; I recall when I got the live back in 2017; it cost bout 800 GBP; and think the mk 2 was bout 1000 GBP when it first dropped in the UK.
But I wonder has the cost of the Key 37 increased since tarrifs was announced?
Nothing wrong with Brexit in principle; people control of their destiny and not be dictated to by bureaucrat overseas, but it was a scam, and the UK will likely end up rejoining and going down with the ship.
The EU is a bad idea in general as its a single point of failure; the EEC was acceptable; but the EU is dictorial and the poor nations drag richer nations down.
Immigration is def a legit concern; if the migrants are not vetted before granted entry and if the migrants have no skills to contribute to the economy.
Most of the migrants in the past 10 years coming to the UK are unskilled migrants that come to grift off taxpayers and comit other crimes, they bring zero benefit to the nation.
But the skilled migrants that bring value, ie work a job and pay taxes, and dont comit crime ,they should be prioritiesed over the grifters and rabble that are being shipped in.
