Native Instruments Nacht Plugin not able to be installed

I recently bought Nacht since it was on sale. I followed the instructions on NI's website in order to download and install the plugin correctly, but every time I input the serial number (In the software on the computer or on the hardware itself) it doesn't work. I get an error message that says "Invalid serial number, please try again with the correct serial number". I'm just curious if anyone else has had the same issue. I've already emailed Native Instruments but I haven't heard back from them yet and that was 2 days ago.

There are two versions - for Kontakt and MPC. Have you purchased the Nacht MPC Edition? On the NI website, only the edition for Kontakt is currently discounted.
