The user manual, and referance manual are ok at best. I was thinking if some of you guys, includinng myself, would be down to make our own tyoe if manual. Kind of like, everyone gets a topic, or function. and basically break down what it is, and then put examples or how you would use this in your own production. I think it makes things a lot easier to understand when rather than just saying "A multi holds 128 programs." breaking it down like " You can ssign 128 programs to each multi, and by doing this you can do things like a) have the same program loaded twice with different settings...etc etc" I dunno just a though. The newbie bible is cool, but i think if we organize this right, it would cut down on a lot of questions. Whatever tho, holla back.

it almost sounds like you want a applications guide woven into a reference and user manual. Sounds like a good idea, I would be down, but I don't have that kind of time.

Feline, the only thing i would pay you for, is to be able to watch you die a slow painful death.

Well, to be honest, if you really want to make it better than Akai's, then this is something that
the person writing it would want to get payed for.

It would involve a LOT of work.

not really. I wasnt askin 1 person to write the thing. I was seeing if like 15-20 people wanted to get involved, everyone picks one topic. You take the topic from the user guide and reference guide, and after add about 1 page of what you can do with this function. like maybe 3 or 4 examples. about 20-30 minutes time tops. I would put the whole thing together after, and make it a PDF file for everyone to have. Which wouldnt take me more than 2 hours. (I sit in my office all day supervising employees anyways.) and that would be it. But whatever, Like the topic said, it was just an idea.
As for the watching feline dies slowly comment, i didnt mean it. I'd rather watch him get tortured for 10 days and 10 night, then let him live the rest of his life maimed and disfigured. If only i had the power to take cancer and aids out of poor innocent children, and transfer it to other people....the world would be a better place.

Oh... yes, a lot of work divided up by 20 is not as much work.... makes sense...

I'm game...
