MPC LIVE 2 Qlinks Glitch

Can anyone please help me, my mpc live 2 Q links is glitching whenever i go to turn it does anyone hav an idea what the issue is?

Pull up on the knobs until they slide off. wrap the pegs in a tiny bit of tinfoil and ram the knobs back on over top. Or use copper tape 1 layer thick.

Conductivity is weak between knob and peg.

Try touching the metal part of the back panel with your left hand while operating the Q-Link with your right hand. If the issue doesn't occur in this state, it's probably a grounding problem.
