Frequent resets (your mpc recovered from an internal error).

16 levels bugs out frequently.(the pads don’t update to reflect the 16 levels).

Sample edit causes a regression on the pads when switching back main mode. (Selected pad is now green, shortly followed by an internal error).

These few are just the ones I can remember, there’s more :hmmm:

Guddam that is mad; cos I hear that 3.5 Beta for the Force is solid; so why is there a big difference in stability if they now essentially merged into the same unified OS?

Force Users Seem More Musically Inclined lol. Seems like they focus on the Song Structure and Performances of the Machine. Unlike us...We complain about the Smallest Quirk in the Firmware, And then Downgrade because of it. EVERY Software known to mankind has Bugs. That's the purpose of Firmware/Software Updates. Some Companies do Updates Automatically behind the scenes, Akai and others like to Announce it. Then we catch feelings and anxiety lol

Idk...Just my Two Cents

Sorry if i ruffled some feathers

Akai: Removes compound time signatures.
MPC user: It's just the smallest of quirks.
Also MPC user: Force users are more musically inclined...

Riiiiiiiight.

I expected a bunch of bugs being as the desktop version is now in beta, of course there’s going to be some. The frequent internal error resets are a dealbreaker though.

I filed a bug report anyhow but also had to downgrade.

Bug: e.g,
Drop down dialog is corrupted in the GUI by a graphical element it should hide.
Drag and select sometimes misses out notes when you try to select.

Total machine breaking fault: e.g,
The unit advertised as a midi sequencer fires midi note off events on multiple channels and the developers overlook it for four years, all whilst it renders fundamental external midi sequencing null and void.
Meanwhile, they continuously use said resource to develop lacklustre plugins to sell to you.

Sorry if I ruffled some feathers.

Well most people are so focused on either a new mpc coming out or a new generation of mpc..
It is no wonder they can't prioritize getting the current stuff stabile when they have so much development going to new stuff for the future..
