MPC3 Software Linux compatibility?

Anyone else submitting feature request reports for the upcoming MPC3 software to be compatible with Linux?

I really hope the delay of 3 desktop is because of the Linux version...

I know it's a lot of work but I'm definitely not going to windows 11 and I don't really want to buy a Mac.

Considering MPC standalone is already running on some kind of Linux it really shouldn't be that hard.

MPC Linux really needs to happen.

Opening in audio over USB direct to DAW would also help.

It would be so frickin sweet. I know there are more than a good few of us out there hoping for this, especially with the Win 10 end-of-life that you guys already mentioned below. I salute the thread initiative

On the one hand, a Linux version should be easier but, on the other, the diversity of Linux distributions multiplies the porting burden. Flatpak & co. help and Bitwig showed that commercial support of a Linux DAW is perfectly possible, but it can't be cheap. I would love it though - the arranger view especially would be nicely at home there on my 30" screen !

I would also be very into this. I use linux on everything but my music computer for this very reason. It would get me off windows once and for all.

Anyone tried running MPC 3 with on linux with wine?

MPC 2 did run for me (couldn't pair with MPC but I could run it) but was unstable. Will be trying with MPC 3 later.
