Syncing Mpc3000 to motif 6

My friend let me borrow his Motif 6 (not the ES) and I need to know how to snyc it up to the MPC3000. I have manuals for neither. I would guess that someone who reads this forum has this set-up. Please help.

Midi. Out to in...... in to out. I'm assuming your sequencing on the mpc. Just make sure you change the channel on the mpc accordig to the track setup on the MO'
