Recording samples in controller mode??

Hello,

I'm new to MPC.

I am trying to record samples (external synth and mic) in controller mode but it shows no signal. The treshold level is framed in red and orange.
I also don't see the "AUTO" when I press monitor.
It works perfectly in standalone mode.

Any solutions??

I don’t use controller mode but are you sure you have the right input selected as well as the live set as your sound device within the computer itself?

Yes, I made sure all the inputs are set to 1/2

Did you set the audio interface to MPC X in the preferences?

Yeah make sure the MPC is selected as your audio source in the software settings.

Did you get it working?

I wanted to use my MPC in controller mode with the VSTi and got recording working when routing any signal within the DAW to the track with the MPC VSTi. That signal can then be sampled.
