MPC Standalone - Hide FX?

Hey guys, copped a used One and having fun with it so far.
Is there any way to hide FX from the fx selection menu (and perhaps also instruments) that Im not going to use? It’s a bit crowded even with the categories.

Nope! So don't stress yourself over it. You can send Akai a request ticket for a hide feature & or, a favorite FX list:

Wouldn't that best be a Favorites panel ?

Cool. You get use to it. I'm coming from the MPC2500/1k, so I'm glad there are too many FX cuz them things had about 6 & you had to share 2 FX slots with all 64 tracks & pads. The amount of FXs & the level of control you have over them is insane! - at lease to us old time users.

I'd happily trade mine for a 2500, coming from the 2KXL and constantly being paralysed by choice

I just spent time on experimenting with each FX & use what might be best for what I need at the time.

It would be more efficient if there was a FX favorite list & or a way to use the pads as a way to store & insert our top 16 FX.

At least we can save efx racks. That kinda helps
