it says pick up available at middletown, NY; it also says ready to ship immediately.

can someone who lives close by go down there and either buy or pretend to buy and just take some pics of the product.

based on the price it defo aint no live mini; that seem like a flashipy sort of price.

or could just be store owners tryna get some more site traffic or customer interest

Great, I'll be able to sell the Live 2 retro edition in mint condition for a decent price then.

Not at that price the X and X SE sold for $2500 . Im sure they did sell more..

Considering the recent big push to, and radical changes with the MPC 3 firmware.

You all think that the lack of firmware updates last months has been due to AKAI wanting to wait and release a stable firmware together with the MPC Live 3?

Because surely the MPC 3 firmware should still be the same for MPC Live and MPC Live 2 based on the new direction and focus? Why else would they make such a radical jump from MPC 2 to MPC 3 firmware?
