Hello Guys, I've tried MPC Beats and I liked it a lot, but I'm trying to figure out a couple of things I'm not getting

1) One of the things I like is the MPC-like workflow, kind of, you hit recording and play on pads, than change track continuing playing and record something else. The problem is that when I use it as a plug in, the transport is dependent to the one of the DAW. So that would mean that you just can't use the MPK261 I have, like if it was something standalone, meaning I hit record in the MPK261 and MPC Beats start recording. The best solution I found is to keep the MPK dedicated to the MPC Beats and then press space on Pro Tools. But that kind of breaks my workflow

2) Beacuse of that I tried using the MPC Beats standalone and try to sync it to Pro Tools or Ableton live, but it drifts badly (only way I found is if I sync it as a slave, but in that way I'm still dependent to the DAW transport)

3) The MPK has 3 banks of 8 encoder 8 faders 8 buttons and I'd love to use them all, configuring all the parameters (Filters, Envelope, Filter Envelope, Pitch Envelope and so on), but, from what I can see I can map only 16 q-link, is there any workaround I'm not seeing? MPC 2 would allow to map more q-links?

4) Why the Tuning control in the Q-links isn't anywhere in the extended controls of the MPC Beats sampler? I'm not seeing or isn't there? Because the Pitch control doesn't sound as the Tuning control and it seems also less extended

Thank you
