Pops and clicks with guitar audio loops

Hi guys,
I love my live 2, but something is bugging me and I can't fix it.
I record electric guitars and bass.
I get pops and clicks when I play back recorded guitar or bass audio loops. The pops happen at the end of the loop, but also when I click play or stop.
I'm using a ndsp quad cortex through the inputs 1 and 2. There is not any clipping while recording. I've watched some tutorials with zero snap and editing the start or ending but haven't found a solution yet.

Add a tiny fade to the start of the audio file. You might need one at the end, too.

If the audio ends abruptly at the sequence end it's possible that it will produce a click when looping back to the beginning. As suggested, try a tiny fade on the end of the audio region.

Also be aware that at higher CPU levels, MPC3 is a PITA for clicking and popping at sequence loop points. If the CPU meter (top right, MENU) is in the red, it's likely to pop when looping back to 1.1.0.

Thanks everyone for the replies. Adjusting the start and end of the loop to the nearest zero point didn't work, but the fades in and out seem to do the trick. It's still quite a pita to adjust them, I'm used to recording in daws but never had to do that. Oh well
I guess I will stick to my daws for more complex projects.
