Actually looks like the Akai YouTube has been dumping some small tutorial videos on their channel today too

I bought a used Live 2 the other weekend and all I'm thinking is "damn, you mean I could have waited a few weeks...and I probably could have gotten my Live 2 for even cheaper?" lol. I mean, prices for gear usually drop once the new version comes out; got a cheap Digitakt this year that way.

Had I known the 3 was coming out so soon, I still don't know if I would have saved up more and opted for one over a Live 2; I'm kind of trying to stay away from videos of the Live 3 in case I get some sort of FOMO.

Now who on the board will get theirs first...

Yeah with all the videos dropping today I figured there had to be a few on here that couldn't talk about it yet

With the Live 3 dropping they put out an MPC 3.6 update that I'm looking forward to; one of the reasons for picking up my Live was to bridge the gap between hardware and DAW and something I always wanted from DAWs were their A) arranger modes and B) clip launching. This update brings back the clip launching. Luckily I haven't dived into my Live too much yet, so the new update shouldn't be to jarring to me. Hey man, now that the Live 3 is out, the price of a second hand Live 1&2 is probably gonna go down, so you might be able to snag one!
