Dammit a force 2 might actually show up. :worthy:

Let the MPC dudes get used to the way of darkside. They're not calling the Live 3 the flagship. They came out with OG Live before the X, so maybe that's the plan this time. As a Force user, the L3 is an upgrade & downgrade. I rather get whatever the hell the X/Force baby will be or just stick to Force for now. I'm happy for the last 2 OS updates!

any fella with a Force tried the MPC pro pack? Started lusting on the new EQ and reverb plug in and the new super time stretch algorithm as well. is the cpu able to manage couple of instance of these fxs per project?

I've been calling this shit for years! More than half of MPC users don't even know how much shit came from the Force & when you suggest it to based on it meeting most if not all their needs, they'll find any little reason to stick to the MPC. Brand loyalty ain't no joke. The Live 3 is a great way to convert them to the dark-side.

So it seems viable, though obviously the new generation of Akai machines will have much higher headroom.

Yeah, Tefty is on point! The only thing we can't get is the higher quality stems, but we can use the PC for that when needed. You can even make a stems day.

Thing I noticed: when I switch between tracks with EDIT+track number, either the GUI freezes for a second, OR the gui AND SOUND and everything freezes for half a second. I don't think I've had actual sound cut out in any version of Force ever.

Edit. It seems that when I switch between tracks of different type, the sound cuts out. Switching from a keygroup track to another keygroup track only freezes the user interface, but switching from a keygroup track to a drum track or vice versa freezes sound output as well.

Peace, House. I wondering where you been at. Anyway, That sounds like a bug. I'll test it later. Did you report it?

No, I don't report bugs, I don't want to interact with companies, and I particularly don't want to do free work for them, it makes no sense. I've tried that, it was a waste of time and effort.

Cool. I hope you're ok otherwise.

Is there anything you like the Force 3.5 & 3.6 updates?
How do you feel about new Live3?
