cause AKAI will never allow the installation of random VST that could compete with their own offering in Standalone, because they wouldn't get a dime from other vendors. On the other hand they are already working with third party devs like NI, but you still have to buy these plugins from AKAI.
I'd like AKAI to sell the sequencing pro pack functions separately , instead of bundling them with plugins, at a much lower cost of course. I don't care about the pro reverb or Fabric select or even the graphic eq... I just want to the clip launching. (edit: AKAI even sells the "pro pack" to the Force owners... at the same price... but the Force already has everything in the "pro pack" save from the plugins?).
Did somebody on youtube compare the newer timestretching function with the older one? Is significantly better?
Finally AKAI, please add a decay/release parameter to patch phrases to avoid clicks, even if it's just global to a phrase. Because to this day, patched phrase often produces unwanted clicks in practice.
