Hi all, first time here! I have a one year old MPC Key 37 ( which I totally love!) and it seems that the very first key on the keyboard plays at full velocity all the time, even when softly pressed. All the software settings in the Keyboard control menu are as they should be for “as played” and even if I transpose octaves, the same key is still faulty. So it seems like a sensor problem to me. There has been no wear and tear whatsoever on this unit. Any ideas? Has this happened to others? Is it a known issue?
