MPC tech in The Netherlands / Belgium / Germany

Hi all, new MPC user here based in Amsterdam. Bought a 4000 recently and started using it right away, but it has some issues. The FX are not loading and I get random freezes.

Anyone able to recommend an MPC tech in NL or Belgium or Germany? Can't seem to find one?

you don't need to load the FX, just play through them
do the Qassign (fx) programs work?
freezes are mostly related to RAM, try removing and reseating one or more waffers to see if that helps
