I only activate wifi once I know there is a new firmware to be installed.

Does this not means some plugins are unavailable? Or does all the stock stuff just work?
I haven't purchased anything other than what comes with the firmwares (I'm sticking at 2.15 BTW)

I have a similar issue to OP, but in my case the MPC logs out of InMusic completely every time I power off. So then I have to scan the QR code and wait for login. Then my plugins all re-activate.

If I can run with wifi off and InMusic logged out then great, but I didn't think that was possible?

I got a message from support with a file I need to run on my force which would solve the issue. Haven’t tried it yet but I’ll report here once I tried.

At least for me everything I have activated before turning off Wifi have stayed available/activated.
Not sure about if it works with 2.X firmware though.
I'm on 3.6 (had the reactivation issue on 3.5 at first).

Also not sure about the constant logging out issue. That one I have not had myself.

From what I gather usually a resetting of user preferences solve a lot of these annoyances...

THIS HAS BUGGED ME FOR MONTHS. I put a ticket in, and got this response, and I am delighted to say it works (so far):

I'm pleased to inform you that your licenses have been reset. Please be advised that you can activate them on maximum three devices simultaneously.

I suggest that you log out of your device and then log back in. In certain instances, this action can assist in refreshing the system. Please ensure that you are using the correct inMusic profile associated with the plugin registration(+++++). Once you complete this step please try to activate your plugins from the Preferences menu manually.

I also changed my time setting from UTC to nearest where I am.

Well the solution they send me didn’t work. Next day I had to reactive again. I’ve now resorted to turn of WiFi. Hopefully that works.

Changing the battery has been life changing! I swear it boots up a little faster and no more errors and issues.

Battery is CR1220. in the Live 1 it is hiding to the side and underneath the heatsink. I unscrewed that circuit board and then unscrewed the heatsink from that board - as it made accessing the battery much easier.

The reactivation issue with VSTs I have from the beginning. But only when I add a vst to a new project for the first time. Still very annoying because it kinda ruins the flow. The issue that I have now in standalone mode is that activations take a looooong time or in the case of the Iona does not work at all. It just hangs for an hour now. Very annoying
