MPC 2 Software 2.15

Newbie here did a little digging but hopefully someone can help out little bit faster, I have the MPC 2 2.15 software running but I am having issues loading sounds to to the program sections. I try to double click and nothing happens sometimes the sound I want appears under programs but I still have to scroll down and select the sound,if the sound even appears. Thanks

Gonna need a little more info here. You on PC or Mac? What hardware are you using with the software?

When creating programs in 2.15, you still need to drag the sample to the pad. I guess that is what you are trying to do, right?
