What's up, everybody!! I know, long time no post. I'm finally getting into a steady rhythm of beat making again after a lot of life just getting in the way. The only place I post beats now is on Instagram. Recently I ran into Menco on there and then thought it would be cool to connect with other folks from the forum on IG as well.

My IG is https://www.instagram.com/whealsbeats . Feel free to shoot me a message or a follow and I will be sure to follow back. Interested to see what everyone is up to these days. Peace!

Chillin' , finally getting to a point where I can breath and focus on chopping samples again. Kids are both teens now and I moved the family back out to NY a couple years ago so I've just been caught up readjusting. I got the Key 37 but wasn't too impressed, probably get a Live 2 now that everyone is jumping ship for the 3 lol. But really feelin' the S2400 right now. You?

was looking at the key37, it seems like a decent for factor... because my live1 is getting old now and it's always working right. I just want a stable machine that runs version 2.15 that i can keep that way.

been working though, not much time to spend on music anymore the past few years.

I was thinking the same, some people's GAS is other people's opportunity

Thanks! The ones that are just video of the whatever machine I'm working on are the phone mic but the ones that have little video clips I pull something from YouTube, put it in iMovie and then lay my audio down in Ableton to bounce and add to the video. Put them together and then export that out. Kind of a pain the a$$ but videos of the camera just pointing at the sampler get old.

Thinking about interesting ways to do it without setting up a camera and showing everyone everything. Trips me out that that's the norm now. I remember when you didn't show nobody what you were working with. Now everybody lets the whole world in, all day long, just for likes and "exposure" .
