Remove the initial startup lock on the Akai MPC Live 3 !!!

Hello, could you please advise on how to remove the initial startup lock on the Akai MPC Live 3 which involves pressing a finger to the screen? This procedure is complete idiocy; I have to waste time pressing my finger when the device should immediately go into operational mode. Why waste precious time on such a stupid action that brings absolutely no value?! Unless Akai is being forced by some dark forces to install biometric startup at some point, but that would be an even bigger stupidity because several people in our family use this instrument, and then we wouldn't be able to use it. We would have to run with the device every time to the family member who first registered it, and if they weren't home, the device would be unusable! Please advise on how to eliminate this finger-touching action. Thank you for your help.

The value is that it stops you accidentally draining the battery when transporting the Live in a bag,as you may accidentally engage the power button.
It's in MENU > PREFERENCES along with a whole bunch of other user preferences. Can't remember which screen specifically, probably the 'hardware' option alongside all other battery related options. Worth going through all the preferences screens regardless.

With all due respect, you're saying it never occurred to you once that they do it so you don't accidentally drain the battery? My Numark Mixstream Pro Go has a similar function and I immediately knew the reasoning behind it. I'm not saying you're not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but I'd be interested to see how you scored on a common sense test.

I was looking through the menu of the Akai MPC Live 3 and could not find anything that can disable this special security feature which must be deactivated with a finger when turning on the battery-powered device. Maybe someone knows more about this topic; if so, please let me know. Thank you
