I’m experiencing strange issues with playback in OS3 (all point releases)
In (for example) a 1 bar sequence, when I load a wav from an external drive to a pad on a drum track and enter one hit of that pad in the step sequencer, it will (naturally) retrigger each time the sequence replays the sequence.
BUT if I record an audio track, then convert the track to a drum track and load the resulting sample to a pad and proceed as above, the sample doesn’t retrigger despite the sequence looping.
Can’t fathom it. The pad is set to NOTE ON but it works absolutely fine with a sample loaded from an external drive. It’s only if I sample internally - I haven’t tested whether it’s just with audio tracks or with the sampler/looper - that it won’t retrigger in the sequence. Something in the metadata interfering? Or a bug…? Or just my old X getting gremlins…
