You need to send the master output to an external recorder or do what I do & send it to my mixer's (Mackie 1202 VLZ-Pro4) aux sends & have my headphones plugged into the mixer to hear all 8 FXs.

12. track, sub-bus, master. why tho... why would you want to do that lol..

I got other gear connected to the mixer & the Force only has 2 inputs (I currently don't have a audio-interface). I send the mixer's Alt outs 3/4 (which get activated when you used any track's mute button) into the Force inputs so everything muted gets sampled. The non-muted tracks still goes out of the mixers outs, but I can also hear the Force's incoming signal with 4 input FX & 4 master FX.

It also saves me from using up a pair of input channel on my mixer for the Force main out that can't be sent to Alt outs anyway as it would create a feedback loop so the Aux ins make more sense as it's basically a Ch input without the extra stuff like the EQ.

Is there a reason why I can type a time sig per row in ableton live and it changes on the fly but it can't be done on the Live 3? They both have clip and arranger modes so just curious as to why one is capable and the other isn't. Thanks

Ableton and the MPC have nothing to do with each other. And for what it’s worth, even the Push only got per-scene time signatures about five months ago.
