Hello, I'm having connection problems between my MPC Live MK1 (firmware 3.5) and the MPC 3 desktop software version 3.5 and version 2.15.1. I'm on macOS 15. The USB cable is working. The MPC Live's SSD is recognized and mounts on the Mac. I've tried both ways: launching MPC 3 or 2.15 before putting the MPC Live into controller mode, and launching MPC 3 or 2.15 after putting the MPC Live into controller mode. In all cases, the MPC screen remains red, even though the MPC Live's hard drive SSD is mounted. Does anyone have any solutions, please?

It was indeed a driver issue. Here's the procedure to follow to resolve the connection between MPC software and MPC hardware:

- Download the MPC2 demo version (MPC2 trial https://www.akaipro.com/mpc-software-2.html)
- Install the driver provided by the MPC2 trial program.
- For Mac: Allow the program to install and grant permission for the program to make changes.
- Restart your computer.
- (For some, the request for permission to make changes may appear after restarting. In this case, another computer restart is required.)
- Connect the MPC hardware to your computer.
- Put the MPC hardware into controller mode.
- Verify on your computer that the MPC hardware is properly mounted.
- Launch MPC2 or MPC3 software.
- Your MPC hardware should now be recognized and display the same elements as those displayed by your MPC software.
