this looks too ugly, hopefully this is not what Akai came up with, especially coming off the back of the beautiful SE.

I will not par take; I will sit the game out and see what the MPC One next gen looks like. but the obsession with 16 step buttons might be the downfall in terms of looks for these next gen mpc's, not sure why they cant get it to look sleek with the 16 step buttons.

No way this is real. 2mm high qlink knobs, touchscreen knobs, qlink knobs lined out horizontally when they're 4x4 on screen. Would be a nightmare to operate.

People are going to be bitching about the horizontal qlink orientation.

The many versions might have looked good having black, cream, and red of every variety.. but diluted the brand and killed resale value which cheapens the brand. It is not good for Akai or us.

Word is that someone took the real image & used Ai to "enhanced" it. But it still close to the original.

Did they remove the Fkeys though? Or the step sequencer buttons double as Fkeys?

There's 2 different pic going around. 1 is real & the other is Ai version of the real 1.

Just noticed whilst zooming in on the front view. It has a raised bump for the OLED screens like the force.

Placement of the Qlinks layout is a head scratcher due to plugin and software layout..

If this is legitimate injuries will pass. I will save $1200 and just buy live 3 which i dont want at all...
