Song mode not adding different sequences

Just got my mpc live 2 today and new to mpc's, though have looked at the tutorial for this.

So I have three sequences and go into song mode but it only adds the sequence that is showing when I go back to main section.

Any ideas why it does this and how to fix it?

Rotating the jog wheel doesn’t help, I can still only add sequence 1 no matter what I do

Edit: I had to actually touch the name then turn the jog wheel

MPC Key 61 here, but I think it works also on your live 2:
while in song view, where you arrange the sequences, you can press the record button and then press the sequences on the screen in the order you want, and press stop when done. At this point, you should have the sequence list with the sequences you "recorded".
