Hi EveryOne,
I'm have an MPC-Key since one year, I've made many small demo-songs by my self.
I've a big issue with my MPC-2 songs in MPC-3 :
Alteration => missing track, wrong pluggins instrument or volume issue.
So I'm still on MPC-2 firmware for this reason.
The reason is simple, as MPC is limited to 8 pluggins instruments,
I frequently use the same instuments on different tracks : for low, medium and high melody as a workaround to not to reach this limit to quickly
I also, make different songs, on the same project, so pluggin instrument as definitively not associated to a track.
The amount work to reorganize all sequences with only 8 track, with the same plugging instrument for all sequence is really too much for me, more than a week of work......
My 4 Questions :

- Do you know a way to make this track refactor more automatic ?
- Why akai is not able to supply a conversion tools from MPC-2 to MPC-3 that is working for all songs and sequence ?
Does they work on improvement for that ? Maybe with a PC software ?
- Just for confirmation do we have the possibility with MPC-3 firmware, to have a specific volume for each sequence for same track, like it's the case for MPC-2 or the volume of a track is the same for all sequences ?
- When a track is muted With MPC-2 firmware, it's not possible to play the track manualy with the keyboard there are some workarounf for sure but really annoying ? Do we have the same issue on MPC3-firmware ?
