MPC 60 750K memory upgrade

Hi there! I need to buy the memory upgrade and saw probably different people doing the pcb with extra rams etc. during last years but can't find anyone selling at a reasonable price (and I mean not 200$ but way less, knowing the cost of 6 ram chips won't go on more than 20$).
Any help will be appreciated!
