Importing a multi layered / multi trig pad to drum program?

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction on this.
Is there a way to import a multi layered /multi triggered pad setup into a drum program?

For example:
I am building a drum program with multiple velocity switching samples on each pad. Each pad multi-triggers pads from other banks that contain the same samples recorded with different mics.

If I build out a few kits like this but want to change out the "Kick" samples on Pad A01 in "Drum Program 1" with another set of kick samples from another program that are set up the same way (velocity switching / multi triggering) - is there a way for me to import the entirety of the setup for just the kick on A01? i.e. all of the velocity layers, Muti triggered banks, etc...

Is there a special way to save and import a multi layered / multi triggered pad?

I may be overlooking something very obvious.

Yes but not in the MPC. unzip the XTD file, open in a text editor, 'find and replace', zip it back up with XTD file name. Personally I'd write a script to batch it all for me.
