MPC LIVE III USB CLASS COMPLIANCE QUESTION

I recently renovated my home studio, which now has 2 desks:

Desk 01. Mixing station outfitted with two SSL UF-8s, a UF-1, and UC-1, and various analog outboard gear
Desk 02. Production station, which has my MPC Live III

Desk 02 is on the opposite side of the room, so I need a 30 foot long USB C female to male to reach my Mac Mini so I can work in controller mode.

What class compliance should the cable be, and does anyone have a recommendation for what brand to buy?

I don´t have direct answer, but you´ll need active extension cable, USB C max cable length is only 2 meters,
with active optical cable 10 meters(appr. 30ft) without data loss

It should be by specs(but doesn´t look like one, usually there´s "amplifier" between), return it, if it doesn´t work as promised. I´ve only bought active USB2 extenders, even cheap ones have worked.

usb 3 operates up to 2.5gHz which makes the optimal size of a usb 3 cable just 12cm (one full wave) if you want it to operate at its potential.

Don't listen to these people move the unit closer... and buy yourself a tiny cable and you will have higher bandwidth and lower latency. Less loss down the line..
