Latency switching between sequences

Since upgrading to 3.6 about a week ago, I now have this latency issue

I've tried on main and song mode, It will replay the same sequence no problem but skips for a half a second switching to a different one.

Mem/CPU running less than 35%, no crazy amount of plugins or anything.

It seems to only be projects from previous versions.

Is there something I'm overlooking? I.e. having to turn off/on the looper on imported projects (that one had me messed up for a minute).

There is nothing you can do but to downgrade to an earlier 3.X firmware or wait for the next firmware update that will hopefully fix this issue again. There should be a new firmware any day now when NAMM starts and the MPC XL is officially revealed.

Akai are aware and this same issue has been reported by many in the 3.6 bug report topic.

I have this same problem. Slight delay switching scenes on projects where it's imported an older version (2.x).

Not sure if it did it on 3.6, but I just only noticed it on 3.7.
